I did not expect to be referred to St Peter’s, however on arrival I was assessed very quickly and the passed through to the right department where I as immediately met and allocated a seat. It was lunchtime and I was offered a hot meal, I accepted a sandwich and a coffee. I was given a scan which was clear and the interviewed by a doctor where my injury was discussed and then discharged. I have no complaints and must thank NHS and St Peter’s for their excellent service.

The only complaint I have is the very short acute angled speed humps. I have discovered that unless one stops and drive very very slowly over the hump the car bottoms on the hump. The misleading thing is that the speed limit is 20 MPH, with these humps the speed limit should be much lower.

I went in with a hurt arm suspected broken. I was sent away in minutes without an x ray and told it was just bruised. I went to a private clinic 10 days later for an x ray and my arm was broken.

Prompt assessment and referral to X-ray and reviewed very quickly after imaging. Good hygiene measures at the door to keep environment as safe as possible.

Was parent with a newborn- would have appreciated not having to be outside on my own for too long but I guess it cannot be helped in current climate.

The staff during the angiogram were professional and sensitive. They perfectly handled the most emotionally dramatic moment of my life.

Thank you so much once again to all at St.P's First visit with my 11 year old Darcey Roddy with suspected foot fracture. Fantastic treatment. 2nd time. New Years day 7.30pm. Sever migraine. Staffs working on the new year were amazing. Including the porters .Caring and dedicated staff with smiles on their faces despite working in a busy area. They made me feel safe.

Very impressed on the cleanliness and COVID precautions. Seeing staff cleaning the seat when a patient left made me feel safe.

Staff at the waiting area needs to be aware that patients can over hear telephone conversations with other doctor and be mindful what they say. As not to make parents feel that their attendance was inappropriate.
