Staff friendly and professional. Impossible to sleep - far too much noise, light and general disturbance which can't help with recovery. Also haven't seen the toilet cleaned in 24 hours.

Most 90% nurses were very attentive and caring but a couple of nurses, were extremely rude to a neighbouring poorly patient. They did not treat her with dignity and respect but I didn't say anything in care if affected my care. Also at night the same two nurses were chatting extremely kindly affecting patient sleep. It really was rather shocking (night shift 5th June - 6th June).

I didn't sleep as very noisy but that is impossible to do anything about so no worries!
