28th March 2024

Sometimes the pace was a little relaxed for me. However it was on for others and all mention him to be considered. The staff and facilities was outstanding good, and it was a benefitted be in a group of a range of skills.

Suggested improvements
I picked up some really useful ideas. Not sure I could add any extra.

Review of St Peter's - Inpatient Team written by a family member

I cant thank all the people enough for the care you gave to my dad. He was given the most excellent medical care. my dad won’t to be with you and as a family we couldn’t have asked for more. It’s awful to boost a loved one but you all made it much easier during his last days. It helps me how to thank about his final hours it was restful which helped us immensely we were with him and it was in a family room all together with nurses at hand. The care he was given after he died is how a comforting memory. We received the most excellent care thank you.

Very knowledgeable staff. Relaxed atmosphere. Non judgmental.

Suggested improvements
Slightly longer sessions. Carers to join the sessions from day I, as most cases they are on site anyway.

My name is the patient’s relative I am the daughter of the patient who is currently being cared for by St. Peters hospital nurses. The end of life care provided is exceptional. The nursing staff are kind, caring, gentle and respectful, treating my mother with dignity and compassion.

Suggested improvements
The whole St. Peters office, care, aftercare and end of life care teams, are wonderful, I thank them so very much for all their continued support.

Review of Advice Line Service
5th March 2024

I am not sure which service we come under.. Mike is at home. I was just blown away but how appropriate the level of support we are getting is . They can actually help with the gp to make sure we have the right meds. It is such a hard thing to look after someone in their last months of life but they understand that and are fabulous. They ring when they say they will. All the things no one does anymore. Thank you xxxx angels x
