Wish it could be longer, tables time to trust and band in group. Felt it was probably to early after the death of my husband to benefit so much to take in, on reflection.
Suggested improvements
In my case I fed I would have befitted from one to one. On assessment phone call I was very willing to join group but did stress one to one preferable it did feel now if you attended group it might penalize your chance realize there is a long waiting list.

I felt the course was very informative and useful to me and being with others- was good for human contact.

Dippa was tremendous, my situation is very difficult. However I feel she managed to get the awkward parts of my head that other councilors from my past couldn't get to.
Suggested improvements
Nothing what so ever. The experience for me was relaxing and easy to participate.
