I did want a course with instructor to improve my breathlessness, the telephone call did not satisfy me.

All the conversations with others in the group were very useful and informative. The tips about conversation of fatigue, appetite relaxation etc etc were all so so useful.
Suggested improvements
Absolutely nothing well balanced interaction/involvement and information links slipped were brilliant.
