I had excellent all round care where I didn't have to explain my condition once again, cos that's what I was doing to every new person or consultant I met. All staff had read my notes making for a pleasant and relaxed experience. I can't fault my treatment.
Suggested improvements
I can't think of anything just now, maybe have more user friendly material on your day services.
