The support from the Community Nurses, Consultant and the Hospice at Home Team was excellent. All were professional, kind and caring and very experienced in helping not only the patient, but the whole family, with end of life care.
It was a godsend to have Hospice at Home, it had been our mother's wish to be at home during her illness, and meant the world to us all.
I don't believe any of the family had realised the importance of the service until now, it is invaluable.
