The advice, care and support given to us as carers for my mother was exceptional. With such high quality professional help and re-assurance, we were empowered to provide the best care possible. Supporting family carers is so important.
My mother was provided with care, understanding and the medication to enable her to die with dignity, comfort and feel valued and loved.
