We were overwhelmed with the care and warmth shown by St. Peters Hospice. All of the carers showed professionalism, kindness, warmth and empathy. Nothing was too much trouble. It was like having a family member with you./nWe would especially like to mention Helen Poker, who was with us when our dad passed away. What a wonderful last and we felt so privileged to have her company, we do not know how we would have managed without her. She truly is a special lady who showed so much care and dignity to our dad./nDuring the week out dad was at home we had the pleasure of meeting, Jo, Rachel, Heidi, Lorna, Kate all of whom were absolutely Pat amazing (apologies if we missed out any names but er met so many people it became a bit difficult to remember everyone). Dad would ask whole the 'ladies' are. We are sure he enjoyed their company./nJonathan was absolutely amazing. If it was not for him, we would not have recovered the care attention we did he kept in constant contact with us checking on our wellbeing. It was heartwarming to know the care was there. The day my dad passed away he even called to see how we were./nWe cannot thank everyone enough.
