Following the passing of my husband I found you to be really responsive to my needs. You were able to assess my situation and quickly provide me with counselling with a wonderful lady called Wendy. During lockdown Wendy and myself still managed counselling via the telephone and her support has invaluable. My husband died at home and without your total support I do not think I would have managed. I cannot thank you enough.
