Fantastic hospital with amazing staff, everybody that works in this hospital was very helpful and friendly to me. They made me feel very comfortable. I have been a patient in many hospital in my life and would have to say I never thought that a NHS hospital in England could ever be so clean and have wonderful staff that delivers great service. This hospital has made me think very differently about nurses within the NHS. In this hospital you have the best ones.

The Gastric Bypass Centre Block of this hospital, where I had my surgery, was extremly clean, well maintained and looked after, the staff in this Department are very caring and humble towards the patients. I eould recommend everyone who isvlooking for weightloss surgery to come to this hospital. Extremly greatful to the staff and very happy.

I've been a patient in A&E and as an outpatient for months and have met and been looked after by some lovely nurses and doctors. The receptionists can sometimes be a little abrupt with you, but then a lot of patients aren't the nicest to them unfortunately, but I don't like to made to feel a nuisance just for asking a question. Great hospital though all in all, and the team do a great job.

The nursing staf were confused, non attentive, and really didn't care.
I had 2 nurses make mistakes with my medication.
I believe an agreement needs to look at the Paterson Ward as I can only comment here.

I would reccommend this hospital. I personally had the best care after my operation and after care check ups that any one could ask for. The surgeon was brilliant and his staff were very caring aswell. Thanyou for everything.

The staff were extremely attentive and caring, especially the day nurses. The room was very comfortable and well insulated from external noises. Overall, I was very well taken care of.

Most of the staff really cared for my daughter and myself whilst being on the ward and made our stay at the hospital more bearable. Special thanks also to the play specialists for finding ways of distracting my daughter and visiting us in the room for quick and friendly chats.
