Care was good when I got it. I counted nine people sat on computers and two giving care. I'm sure they are all doing what is necessary but the perception is they are all sat at computers which is not what hospitals are about.
The X-ray was quick.
I'm sure that the complaint you get all the time is that everything takes too long and in my view that complaint is justified.
My mother left the health service after 40 years when she was no longer required to be a nurse, rather a pen pusher.
