[name removed] gave our daughter the opportunity to be part of an interview panel which is wonderful for someone like our daughter who has a learning disability. It makes her feel worthwhile. The team here always been so kind and thoughtful to our daughter.

I have had the best care, I was listened to and because I was I got the right tests and the right diagnosis, the physiotherapist helped me every step of the way and her advice was so helpful, she gave me exercises that helped enormously and I cannot thank her enough, from the first day to now I have had expert care, thankyou [name removed] your a true professional. First class care.

I honestly do not feel that any more could have been done and certainly not any better.

I find the two questions very intriguing as I was there for a broken hand only not for spiritual or a cultural experience.

Stop asking questions that have got no context or relevance to the purpose of my visit .I would like to add that I found [name removed] who treated me very professional and empathetic with my situation and she will be a star in the future.

I have been impressed on every visit with the care I have received. [name removed] took the time to listen to my concerns and explain thoroughly the programme I needed to follow for progress to be made. She was encouraging and supportive throughout and very easy to work with as I felt she valued me as an individual and wanted me to achieve the optimum outcome within the constraints of my injury.
I am unable to answer the faith question as it was not relevant to the treatment I needed though I am certain that my needs would have been met had they needed to be.
Suggested improvements
There really is nothing that I can identify that needs improvement: in addition to the clinical care I received, the reception staff were polite and the waiting area adequate.
All in all a very positive experience.

I always felt comfortable and confident to ask any questions. [name removed] has guided me through my therapy in the most positive way and I would not hesitate to recommend her and the service.
