We are very sorry to read this review which does not reflect the service we try to provide and must have been very upsetting to you. Whilst we are not able to identify the consultant, we will use your comment to stress the need for all staff to listen to and understand patient needs. Our long waiting list is due to new monthly referrals far outstripping our resources set by commissioners. This is not acceptable and frustrating for patients and we are working with commissioners to increase capacity.

Wheelchair accessible rooms please lights to bright.
Quiet waiting area would be helpful friendly and helpful staff good explanation etc.
Very helpful to relate condition to personal experiences feelings.

We do have wheelchair access at St. Mary’s, and usually check with clients if we need to turn off the lights. Unfortunately they are not dimmable. Unfortunately it’s not possible to ensure a quiet waiting area.
