Physio was very informative and gave advice in accordance to my needs and lifestyle. She took the time to assess what the root cause could be and had the time to listen to the history of my problem.

Hand therapy immensely helped me to push my exercise in recovery and to gain confidence that my exercise is giving measurable results.

I wish I could have seen hand therapist earlier. I wasted time and money on private therapists, osteopaths, online advisors, that were far less useful, as I couldn't get nhs appointment earlier. After breaking my hand, I didn't get any instructions what to do for more then 2 months

Excellent service, friendly, helpful but also efficient.
Suggested improvements
Some info from doctor explaining why it would be 8 weeks before I get seen would help. It makes sense why you wait but it felt a bit like I was forgotten until the call came through.
