The care is good.
I'm glad I'm getting my tablets the same day as my blood test. I think they should provide water in reception.

A very clear and routine assessment process.
A clear description of how my diagnosis was made.
Very knowledgeable and professional staff.
The big thing that could be improved is as you know the waiting time for an assessment!

We are really sorry for the wait. The Team is currently receiving over 100 new referrals per month and this demand unfortunately far outweighs it’s resources. Evening clinics have started to improve waiting times, and request for additional funding has been made.

From the moment I was referred to the Urgent care & assessment team, the care has been exceptional. All the staff I have come into contact with have been patient, caring and professional. They have listened to me patiently and together we have put in a plan for me. I felt supported and Safe. I have looked forward to their visit, to have someone to talk to, who understands. They have been a life saver literally. Thank you so much.
