My spiritual/faith needs were not referred to by myself or Therapist, my culture did not arise!
Suggested improvements
The only thing which could have been better would have been face-to-face consultation
which was not an option because of Covid-19 precautions. I did, however, receive plenty of information to enable me to research/obtain items to make life easier for example an adjustable handle for turning the shower on and off.

Even though this was done over the phone I felt very at ease and all my questions were answered and very well explained . All my hand exercises were very helpful .no
