The course that we took part in did not involve the child directly, so that is why I have not marked the answers.
This course was ran by CB and she was so knowledgeable and patient with us all and listened and HEARD what we were asking or informing her about.
It made me think in a different way and as the SSW I worked along side the Foster Carer which will help when a situation arises and we need to support her.
Suggested improvements
I do not think anything would have improved this, even though it was all over the internet and not face to face due to covid-19 it worked really well.

I learnt a lot from the course. It was very informative. The Trainer seemed to me to be a subject matter expert. She was very knowledgeable indeed. She was very patient with me and listened carefully to the issues that the child was presenting. And more importantly, she provided me with useful and helpful advice and guidance.
The duration of the course was perfect.
