I felt that I was treated respectfully and that a lot of attention and care were put into finding out about me and putting together the eventual report on my condition. I believe my doctor went to a lot of effort to draw out my opinions and experiences and encourage me to feel more comfortable than I usually would talking about them. I feel as though I was occasionally treated in a slightly distant or uninterested way, but I respect that a doctor will always have many different patients to help and that I had occasionally come across in similar ways. The time it took to get an appointment after the initial GP referral was also long (taking many months), but again I respect that the resources of health services are restrained and therefore it is difficult to arrange appointments quickly.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, demand for our service exceed what we are contracted and able to provide. We are in discussion with Commissioners to increase capacity.
