Jackie Warren is simply amazing. She came in to our lives when I didn’t know what to do to help my child. I was trying my best and getting no where. Jackie changed our lives and improved my daughters life. Jackie made us feel valued, that we weren’t a burden, and validated that our situation could be improved. Jackie engaged the school and changed their mindset from one of ‘coping’ to ‘inclusion’ I will always be grateful to this wonderful lady.

Nothing, except to give Jackie a pay rise!
