Thank you for this feedback. It is good to hear that the OT session was felt to be very relevant. Although appointment length is most usually limited to up to 90 minutes for initial assessments and an hour for follow up apppointments, attempts are always made to ensure that attention is given to the issues that the service users identify as being the areas of priority. Parking at St Mary’s Hospital in Kettering is free however we are aware that space is a very real issue for both service users and staff. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. We do try to alert families to this issue when they book an appointment and advise that additional time may be required to source a parking spot on site. To assist with this problem, we offer a choice of venues for appontments whenever it is possible to do so.
