My consultation at the Dermatology unit with Dr Christopher Heaton was caring/ informative/ empowering. Dr Heaton took the time to explain the lesion by also using the computer to show me the pictures and explain in detail what it was and how it would be treated He was extremely knowledgable and calm which filled me with confidence.All my questions were answered and he printed all the relevant information for me to take home and read which was very helpful.i walked in to the consultation room feeling a little anxious but left very happy so thank you Dr Heaton for a positive and compassionate consultation I would also like to thank the rest of the team on that day from the warm welcome at reception to the cheery clinic staff
