I was seen by Dr C Heaton and his assistant Nurse Natalie. Waiting time was minimal and the waiting areas well managed in view of Covid difficulties. Both Dr Heaton and Nurse Natalie were very pleasant and helpful and exercised great consideration. All the alternatives available for my treatment were made clear by Dr Heaton and the possible outcome. I felt quite relaxed and knew that I was in good hands. Overall assessment - EXCELLENT!
