Generally excellent. Staff welcoming and efficient. Everything spotlessly clean.
Suggested improvements
Could have been told more clearly how long to hold my enema before excreting. Wasn't clear to me and as I was left in waiting room there was no-one to ask. But small point.
Could have been told to relax before the introduction of sigmoidscope into my anus. I think I was tense and only told later to relax. Again small point.
Generally excellent. Treated very well.

The team were extremely professional and worked well throughout the procedure-as a patient, I could not expect anymore.
Suggested improvements
Nothing- everyone working and involved within endoscopy should feel extremlely satisfied and proud.
