The doctor explained what and why he was going the scan asked about my history and if I had any questions. The nurse Rafin was also kind and caring and this means a lot for a patient.
Suggested improvements
Availability of female doctors to do the procedure as it can be extremely uncomfortable for a female patient to have a male doctor to carry out the scan.
