Caring counsellor.
Sadly I lost my husband. The care and support was excellent. We called with the carers.
I had excellent advice to deal with my cold (it worked).
When Zoe arrived at our home, straight away introduced herself and explained her role in the visit Zoe made us feel really relaxed and also helped me fill out a home finders form which we were very grateful./nMany thanks.
At such a difficult time when my husband was so poorly, he received such expert and loving care. Not only were his needs met, but the compassion shown to myself and two sons could not have been better. There was accommodation provided for us, so that we could be with my husband to the end of his life.
Felt at ease straight away./nSaw a lovely lady called clare farley at { }
The team gave me advice that really helped that no one else gave me. They rang me regularly and made sure I had everything I needed over and above the other NHS services. In some cases, they helped with urgent medicines and communications with the Doctors.
And to date, as I became less mobile, they arranged for many things at home that enable me to bath, etc.
And they connected me with the district nursing team.
I am so grateful for all the assistance which I'm sure I wouldn't be in such a healthy state without.
Mainly because the answers I put reflect how I felt.

Claire was cheerful, kind and offered practical advice and helpful ideas without being patronizing. She approached sensitive with a calm reassurance which gave me confidence and helped me open up to difficult concepts her follow up calls were really appreciated - I felt and feel, cared for.
