Made welcome and comfortable, nurse took time to explain everything I did not feel rushed felt listened too.
Warm, welcoming staff. Treatment goals explained. All my questions answered fully. No false promises given.
My love them, no decreased, was the patient I reply on behalf of him and myself, his sister. Who received bereavement counseling. Both my brother's care and my counseling, were excellent.
Always available on call or by direct contact by phone or visit.
The counselling I received from the bereavement team helped me so much. Roz was so supportive and non judgemental which I was really grateful for. Ros has helped me feel more positive about the future and come to terms with the death of my mum.
It was true.
Not your fault, but having to do bereavement counselling by 'zoom meeting' was not optimum for me personally. For the last few sessions we were able to meet face to face and I found that far more beneficial.
Laura was very professional, kind, thoughtful and caring she is doing a wonderful job. Thank you.
Everyone at St. Margaret's Hospice have been very kind and understanding of my situation.
