Made welcome and comfortable, nurse took time to explain everything I did not feel rushed felt listened too.

Suggested improvements
Great that my next appointment is at West Mandip which is only 20 minutes from home takes me 45 minutes to get to { } would have been great if my previous appointment has been there also first appointment arranged by Beacon centre { }!

Review of Bereavement Services - Yeovil

My love them, no decreased, was the patient I reply on behalf of him and myself, his sister. Who received bereavement counseling. Both my brother's care and my counseling, were excellent.

Suggested improvements
I feel the hospice movement is essential but sadly underfunded, I will do everything I can to raise awareness and funds to support its work.

The counselling I received from the bereavement team helped me so much. Roz was so supportive and non judgemental which I was really grateful for. Ros has helped me feel more positive about the future and come to terms with the death of my mum.

Review of Bereavement Services - Yeovil

Not your fault, but having to do bereavement counselling by 'zoom meeting' was not optimum for me personally. For the last few sessions we were able to meet face to face and I found that far more beneficial.

Suggested improvements
Communicating the link for the on-line meetings was always a bit 'last minute, so if there were any technical problems it was quite stressful and ate into the consultation time. On the NHS video conferencing system you are sent the link much earlier and there is a 'waiting room' where you can check that your camera and microphone are working properly and then wait for the clinician to join you. That seems a better system.
