Never having been to a councilor before I was apprehensive but from day one I felt relaxed and comfortable. I looked forward to my counseling sessions as I could talk cry etc without feeling embarrassed.

The level of care is good but it could be improved.

I always feel like the nurse is very rushed when she comes to the house and constantly clock watching.
