St Lukes Hospice Plymouth looked after my Dad amazingly in his last couple of weeks. They were all so kind and professional and would do anything they could to make my Dad or people visiting comfortable. They also arranged a blessing for my forthcoming marriage so that Dad could be involved, sourced flowers, decorations, a minister and photographer and arranged a lovely buffet afterwards. Really touching and I'll have those lovely photos and memories forever. So grateful.
Had surgery this morning by Christine Wanis at Luke's max fax unit, excellent experience for start to finish, best medical team I've ever met, thankyou all
I had a breast reduction and augmentation surgery in April with Dr Andrew Williams. Both Dr.Williams and also his team couldn't have been better! Being only 23 at the time I was very nervous and they couldn't have done more to make me feel calm, safe and very well informed. It is now 3 months later and I couldn't be happier with the results it has honestly changed my life.
I found the staff to be friendly and courteous and my treatment was carried out with care and consideration.
Good Treatment from doctors and nursing staff the constant probleam here is Pharmacy which is run by the coopertative group they never have enough stock i always have to return a few days later if it was once i could understand but its everytime i attend my appointment its very poor patient experience plus the cost of petrol and parking i have to payout for will the coop reinburse me perhaps !!!
The majority of staff at the phototherapy department for the uvb treatment were very polite and caring, genuinely showing concern. The only problem was that one member of staff while my child was in the machine opened the door forgetting she was fully undressed! Another member of staff three times we had this nurse, on all occasions kept staring into the machine while my child undressed while she had the door slightly open.
