Review of St Luke's Brooklands - EOL Urgent Care,
27th February 2021

These girls are absolute angels and need to keep polishing their halos and dusting their wings. My father in law on end of life was treated with such dignity and care even when he just passed away, they gave us such love/understanding/support/advice and kindness and also bought some happiness/laughter/love during our hard and sad emotional time. Ive been a carer and would love to be in this team. There is not enough words to say for this wonderful team. But my only advice is to say is keep the spirit and love going girls, your the best xx on behalf of Eric Brown’s family

I received more information from the personal contact than I have had before.

Contact person to person rather than of over the telephone.

Mum experienced a lot of pain prior to her admission to St. nurses once under your care me expertise and care provided ensured mum had a comfortable, dignified end of life.

We were totally satisfied with everything you and- excellent care, communication. A beautiful environment. Nothing to suggest. Thank you on.

St. Lukes were so caring, my father had the best care from all the staff there the end of his life was painless, comfortable, and so peaceful. Wards cannot express our gratitude.

I felt the care my husband and myself as well as our family were looked after very professionally as well as personally. Nothing was too much trouble for any at the nurses. There attention to our needs and detail was faultless.
