I phoned for advice regaridng my husband several times. Everyone was so helpful. My husband was admitted but died after 2 days. I was with him and 2 amazing nurses. The support I received was amazing. They were so kind to him myself and family I was involved with his care all the way.

Nothing could have been improved. The staff were wonderful.

Because the service we received from all departments was excellent.

Mother transferred over a week ago from hospital. She was happy to be here and felt looked after and comfortable. All staff were kind and helpful.
Suggested improvements
To be told if door slightly open - not to come in as reprimanded later. I would not have come in if closed.

I was treated heavy handed and bullied into letting her do something. Then she walked away leaving me in tears!
