All of the support, care and guidance has been exceptional and of immense value at a very difficult time; from first being introduced to our named specialist nurse, right through to the time when care was needed in the home.
It has been a very personal, first class, high quality support experience, which has exceeded expectations.
The person at the centre of the care is put first and always treated with the utmost respect and dignity in a personable and friendly manner.
The wealth of shared experiences is clearly evident and we couldn't have had any better support and care.
An incredible team - thank you all.
