Excellent care and empathy. We were fearful of coming in to St Lukes, but my husbands health got a lot worse so the best thing was for him to come in to help improve symptoms that were severe. I found for myself I found the help expertise and and empathy helped take the stress off me and felt more relaxed and able to cope. The team have also helped with the young grand children and have put referrals in to patches. Excellent service. Thank you. The only thing that could be improved is that my husband did not want to come in initially as he saw going into St Lukes as the end. Perhaps you get family members of patients to do talks to explain it is to help with symptoms control and also advice and help with counselling for family members and how to broach the subjects with young children.
