My appointment with the pain management consultants was fitted in at the end of the clinic at short notice when I contacted them after getting a pain spike just before Christmas.
The staff are so helpful and there is no sense of rush. The nurses even made me a cup of tea to take in with me.
This all contributes to the feeling of being heard and cared for.
