Some but by no means all staff are in the wrong job. Nurses were lovely.

Some support staff and some nursing staff have a terrible attitude towards both patients and their relatives. There are not enough staff on the night shift and there is a lack of compassion. There is no real interaction with patients and no support for either patients or relatives. This is not the environment I would expect for people who are at the end of their life especially if they and their relatives have a voice and an opinion.

Sometimes the call bell is not accessible and the table is out of reach- rare but happens.
