I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the amazing way you looked after my friend until she died on 20th March. She received excellent care, felt well looked after, and was cared for with warmth and compassion. There were a good number of friends visiting as she reached the 'end of life' stage, and we all found the staff wonderfully supportive and kind. My friend had previously been in a nursing home, and everything about that place would form the basis of a horror story. The gratitude we felt knowing she was finally getting the care she so needed and deserved is beyond words. Thank you!
