I am totally pleased with everything my waiting has improved 500%. You told me why I should do exercises and I was given enough help to do things and to have me confident. When I first came I had to confidence. Now I can do things on our own again talking. About things helped a lot.

Staff re-assure me (the care) 100%. They do not pressurize, they are just there for me and the patient. They are brilliant.

I think it would be better for my relative if communication between all the service (including S&J) was better. It is not always clear.

If my relative was at Day hospice and medical or care input was needed then it should be straight forward to provide it.
