My mother has had 2 visitors from a woman member of staff; she was considerate and knowledgeable.

On one occasion the staff member did not come as scheduled and there was no call to explain this.

The staff are very good communications and always friendly this includes ray and Patrick the drinks. Which I wasn’t recorded please.

I had to ring the bell several times to get pain killers. Breakfast was cold and so was lunch.
