Proactive from the beginning for my son 100% better service than NHS. The staff have been wonderful so far.

24/7 availability from the palliative care team (for my son) would be better although I know that is impossible. I something need out of hours advice from that team but I realise that is in not possible.

I was fortunate that Jody was able to switch from pre-bereavement at my request. I believe this is not always the case and find that odd once a relationship has been started. Maybe consider the point at this divide?
