very grateful for care received - all nurses introduced themselves & explained who they were working with & the role they were undertaking Was very important & helpful to get into the routine of the ward Made all the difference #mynameis
overall care was professional and clearly part of an outlined recovery process which was useful to understand as a patient
nursing team were great & also made new/unsettling experiences calm & unfussy
Consultants were also v kind and a good sense of team work
Personally i also very much appreciated my own room & the calm that created for me
Overall it was a much better experience to stay in hospital than I feared and cant thank the Ward team enough for making my stay easy - thank you!
