Delayed treatment 2 and half hours for chemo today. My partner already had his bloods done the day before. Am not sure if it was down to poor management or staffing problems but seems to be the same experience each time we come here. Reception are not informing people of delay, and get stroppy when asked. I am not impressed. There is no customer service.
