The medical staff & support staff were all professional and caring- despite the obvious immense pressures on their time & the number of patients under their care. The food was the best I've had in the 3 hospitals I've stayed at over the last 4 years. The ladies who did meals/ refreshments were kind & always asked how I was. When I wasn't feeling well enough to have a meal they tried to find me something else including toast, fruit juice, spare sandwich. I was lucky enough to have a room to myself with en suite- it was immaculately clean throughout my stay. My only gripe was the TV & radio payment system. I used it nearly every day but I suspect it is far too expensive for some patients to use - especially if they are in hospital for more than one/two days
