The care offered to my mum was second to none. The Palliative care team reacted swiftly to mum's changing needs on a daily basis. e.g., upon discharge from the hospital, the primary objective was rehabilitation and strength building and equipment, and care was swiftly provided in the regard. However, this changed within days and additional care, support and equipment was delivered.
All personal contact with staff great, all individuals were compassionate, understanding and kind.
