I think this hospital lacks a lot. When to see an orthopaedist this midday and the secretaries were even complaining. Whilst I think the nurses and X-ray staff were good, some of the older consultants have to probably undergo training. It’s a sad thing. So much space yet useless computer systems that aren’t integrated despite gp in the same group. It’s truly sad and I immensely hope we get more talented upper tiers of staff from this hospital. Lifts also not working which is just not right. It’s lacking on all levels of hygiene and time keeping. I truly hope the Sutton cancer /research hospital can take on more than just that. This is truly needing some care - TLC from a better set of management is needed. It’s definitely improved but needs way more work. Too sad...
