I’m the patient and was to see the Orthopaedics Team. I called up in due to time cancel as my husband was admitted. The receptionist wasn’t exactly friendly. I find it quite annoying of how appointments keep getting cancelled and rescheduled with no control at all. It’s very annoying and disappointing. Chelsea West or similar hospitals don’t do this and this place really should be closed if they can’t attract good quality people.
