The support I received was fantastic. Having struggled to mentally process my grief and loss it was good to meet with people who had been in the same situation as me. Megan, who lead the group, was fantastic and really helped me understand the way I feel is completely normal.

There wasn't anything I thought that could have been done better.

My therapist was Lucy, we really had a connection. She was excellent at picking out nuggets from our conversations and suggesting strategies to help me through the bereavement process. A truly excellent service. Thank you Lucy.

I cannot Express enough how much I was helped by Kim. She was kind and talking to her gave me ways of thinking about my situation that helped me in so many ways. I will always be grateful for the help I got from Kim.

My counsellor was a very understanding and i felt that she realy cared about me and the way im feeling and struggling with the loss of my son,

I think the only thing i could possibly adf is that the sersions go so fast so cpuld do wiyh longer but i do appreciate what i did have
