All the staff have been most polite and helpful and the nursing care was extremely good post procedure, not intrusive but always ready to help. The only criticism was that it was a little noisy at night with filing cabinets opening/closing and other 'office noise' from the nurses station. This was mentioned at the time and the staff said they were aware of this.
I would also like to say that my first appointment for surgery was cancelled at the last minute and as I had very few personal belongings with me I was given a lift to the station by one of the consultants who even offered to lend me some money. Brilliant service.
