Nothing seemed to be any bother – the atmosphere was peaceful and calm. Treated with respect and empathy after Jean's death.

When you looked after my auntie in her dying stage and I stayed the night, you constantly checked in with me and showed me round. Then when she died you cleaned her up and made sure I had support even when my mum and stepdad arrived.

You could not have done anything better. Everything you did was amazing and I thank you for everything.
