'My single room was so clean and spacious, like being on a cruise ship with no water! Everyone was so kind and respectful including volunteers. Food was good and plentiful. I was given time to make decisions and felt very safe and well cared for. I cannot thank you enough for my treatment and care, please share my feedback with the team'
