my mum was staying on ward 4a under nurse Anna and Naag, during her time in the ward 4a bed my mum was very distressed, scared and humiliated nurse Naag wrongly placed nil by mouth' sign over her bed we asked why she shouted " i dont know I'm following doctors orders" my mum suffered for 2 hours later we discovered the nil by mouth' sign was for patient at bed 15 got mixed up another patient. my mum experienced terrible attitude verbal abusive from nurse Anna, she looks at her with angry face. there was one occasion where nurse Anna refused to pick up my mum pillow which fell onto ground, my mum was attached to the bed due clearing the water on lung. my mum is a victim of wrongful early discharge she was discharged on 20/08/18 at 5pm and around 11pm on 20/08/18 we get a call from one of junior doctors, explaining she shouldn't of been discharged, as further x ray scans needed to check if the trapped air nearer to lung/ pacemaker has cleared told us she needed to be readmitted.
